receive arabic mail in coded language

Hello

we have a website where use can fill up his query about our product, when customer fills up form in English or French language is reaches us perfectly as as normal email shown below:

Details Name : test First Name : Dummy Address : test Zip code : test City : test Country : Russia Phone number : 32323

but whenever he fill up the form in Arabic language, it comes to us as coded (shown below):

Europa Master Name : الضميري First Name : فراس عابد Address : الصورة، المادة، الموضوع، العنوان، عنوان Zip code : 098765 City : الجوف

I have changed my outlookg setting to Arabic as unicoded pst file also, and we are using a POP account.

Please suggest a solution for this.
