Hello,
I can NOT see any incoming emails or emails i sent/send, in the "sent"or "inbox". I can send emails out to other emails with no problems( i have sent test emails and i got them on other emails). Also, i can see emails are coming in with notification and sound next to the clock. If i am quick enough i can click on a notification and it does open it and i can see the incoing email. however, inbox shows NOTHING came in and i can NOT see all the emails just came in. I don't know where they go!!!!??? I have uninstalled the office and reinstalled it and the same thing, can't see incoming or out going emails. I just don't underestand what is happening here. i never had any issues with outlook 2007 it worked great.
Also, how can i reset outlook and start from scratch like it was never installed with all emails i imported be deleted and everything go back to when i installed office? i try reinstall and it kept all the settings and i was back to square one again like i never remove and reinstalled office 2010.
PLEASE help step by step so i can underestand what i need to do or done wrong.
FYI, i am running win7 (64) and office 2010 (64)
