Hello
My organisation uses Outlook delegate permissions routinely to allow secretaries to view, amend or create email messages, appointments and/or contact records on behalf of another. We use the PRIVATE flag on emails, calendar appointments and contacts as needed, and are familiar with the "Delegate can see my PRIVATE items " checkbox.
Our problem is, in some instances we now require the ability to allow delegate secretaries to view ALL contact records, including those marked PRIVATE, while still ensuring PRIVATE emails or appointments remain hidden.
Is there any way we can enable individuals to view ALL contact records, but continue to hide PRIVATE items in Calendar and Email views?
Many thanks in advance for any insight you can offer.
