OS: Windows 7 64 bits
Microsoft Office version: Office 2010 (32 bits)
Mail configuration: imap
One of our clients has this problem: when she deletes a folder, that folder goes correctly to Trash. But the upper folder disappears from the Inbox. If that folder is restored, then the whole content is restored.
Example:
Inbox -> 2012 -> Accounting
If we delete the Accounting folder, 2012 folder disappears, wether that folder has content -be it subfolers or other mails- or not. What we see in the Trash folder is what we deleted, "Accounting".
If we restore the content, 2012 folder appears again.
We have lots of users with this same configuration, and this problem has emerged only once.
This problem doesn't happen with other clients, like Mozilla Thunderbird.
Any hint why this happens?
