I have read many post regarding this but all seem to point to using the RTM version of Office 2010 which I am not. My issue is this, I have had Outlook 2007 on 2008 R2 RDS server working with Exchange 2010 Online Archive features for a long time and it has all been fine. I have just performed an upgrade (uninstall of Outlook 2007 install of Office 2010 Pro Plus Terminal Server enabled license) and now, the Online archive appeared after the first opening of Outlook 2010 but after a few seconds, disappeared. It still shows in the user's OWA and even if they use a non-terminal server Outlook 2010 but in RDS, it is not there. This is critical as quite a few people have retention/archive policies moving mail they cannot get to any more unless they open OWA. I used the Technet license I have which is Terminal Server capable but no luck HELP!!
