How to Change a User to an Admin in Business Contact Manager 2010?

I just upgraded a 2007 BCM database that had been first setup on an SBS 2003 server so the BCM Admin was the Administrator on the SBS 2003 server.

When I upgraded the BCM database to 2010 using the Database Tool on a new SBS 2011 server I was logged in as the New administrator account with a different name.  However it still lists the old Administrator from sbs 2003 as the database administrator.  It then lists the 2011admin account on the sbs 2011 as the database Owner.  However if I login to a workstation as the 2011Admin it doesn't let me do any admin tasks, like create a new folder.

How can I change one of the users to an Admin?
