Good Morning,
I have a user with Outlook 2010 SP1 and with a Exchange 2010 mailbox. The user mailbox is about 1200MB in size. The mailbox never completely finishes updating. All the folders say "This Folder is up to date" it never goes to All Folders are up to date. So there is still something updating somewhere. Is there anyway to determine what is? The outlook client will stop receiving new mail at random points during the day and the client will have to be restarted. There is no problem running in Non Cached Mode. But running in cache mode is a requirement. Tried rebuilding the OST file 3 times, and running the Outlook OST file repair as well. Running out of options, going to end up blowing away the mailbox next if someone does not come up with some suggestions.
