I have been forced to re-install BCM 2010 after it crashed again for the 15th time and again lost all the data but when I try and re-install I get the following error:

cannot continue installing Business Contact Manager for Microsoft Outlook 2010 because the setup program did not install the following component: Mircosoft SQL Server 2008 Express (MSSMLBIZ)
How is this resolved and will Microsoft EVER get round to actually creating software which is stable and WORKS??? Not holding my breath
