Can anyone please assist me in repairing this issue:

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The Outlook data file I:\Server.admin@gmail.com.pst was not cleanly closed by the last program that used it. It cannot be opened until repaired.
