I have a customer to me that have a problem when attach files with a mail. It is no problem if attach file as usual, but he has Always pick up a file that is in another mail folder for ex. in the "send" map. If the file name for ex. is "name.pdf"
when he copy that one and paste it in the new mail the file name becomes "name.pdf.pdf" . For every time he copy and paste the systen puts Another ".pdf" to the file. it is not only pdf files it is problem with all files. i have tested this on a
number of computers with Outlook 2010 and it is the same problem. This has worked Before, the problem start in beginning of Oktober. Can it be some windows or office uppdate ??? Have you Heard of this problem Before ??
