How to send Web Page as Attachment with Message format HTML

Hi,

I need to be able to send a web page as an attachment in IE 8 with the message format as HTML.

IE6 did this by default however IE8 puts the web page into the body of the email (unless the message format is Plain Text) and I don't want this.

I use Outlook 2003 and need the message format as HTML.

I have seen various posts but no answers.
