Quota Info in Outlook 2010 RTM?

Hello, I'm running OL2010 RTM x86(no Retail) on Win7 connected to Exchange 2010 RTM RU3.

When you right click the Description Bar in the bottom(don't know if it is called like this), you have several options to select (e.g. Zoom, Zoom Slider, etc.). I selected "Quota Information" but regardless of what I do, the status is "Off".

What can I do I have to do, to enable it?
