Auto Generate weekly emails

I have a weekly email that I send out to all my leads requesting the weekly status updates.  Is there a way to auto generate these email?  I would like the program to automatically fill in the following:

To:  Johnny@Football.net

Subject:  Weekly update

Text Body:  This is your weekly update request. 

I also have a SS that is sent to each of the leads each week but am sure I would have to manually attach.  If I could just automate the generation of the email with the recepient, subject and text body filled in, it would save a lot of time each week.  I have 10 leads that I have to send this email  to each week.
