I installed Office 2010 when with another company. I was on Exchange at that time. I no longer have access to the Exchange Account and have a new default account. I am unable to delete the Exchange account as it keeps coming up with a message "You cannot delete this Outlook data file. Configuration information in the file is being copied to your new default data file. You can delete the file after this information is copied."
It has been 6 months and how long does it take? I have uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled. It found the file that I didn't.
