outlook first start

Hi guys,

here at the workshop we are sometimes not able to restart our client pc who using outlook express. so I need to migrate on a new pc with win 7 and outlook 2007 or 2010. We migrate .dbx and .wab on a working pc and install outlook, and outlook first start assistant acount configuration come up and ask " do you want to migrate your outlook express acount''. And it create .pst file that I can import in outlook.

My problem is, how if I get a other pc  and need to do the same trick and get outlook first start assistant acount configuration to pop-up again on the same pc so I can migrate from outlook express to outlook 2007 or 2010.

At this time my best option is reinstall windows and office ( boring as method )
