i have a few users who have experienced the following:
in an exchange environment where users use psts to archive data off the exchange server, they have a pst, and can access it with no problem and then all of a sudden their pst is empty. they will open outlook and get the 'data folder can't be found' error. and when we go to point them to their pst again it is like having a default sized one there instead. When i look at the file creation date, it could be years ago and not when the pst was 'recreated' so it makes me think that it is getting over written or something. it's not even like auto archive did anything, because the pst ends up being blank.
