I was hoping to get some help. I have a user who's outlook keeps crashing at various times throughout the day. It crashes mainly when attempting to copy/paste into message and replying to emails.
Event Viewer info:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 14.0.6117.5001, stamp 4f3e2d20, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault address 0x00000000.
This is a brand new build. I have re-created her profile (no ost file) We are on an exchange server. I could not re-produce the issue while I was there (30 min) Not sure whats causing it. I have disabled some add-ins. Problem keeps persisting throughout the day. She does have a pst that is 1.9 gig and her boss's mailbox which is 1.7 gig. i don't think these would cause her outlook to crash.
Is this a setting or add-in? I checked her add-ins seems normal. We do have a custom application but 99% of the company have it and are not experiencing any issues. She did come from another line of business so not sure.
Can anyone shed light on this?
