I get a lot of incidents from users lately where their mailflow stops in Outlook 2007. (after I migrated the users to Exchange 2010).
The strange part is, everytime I take a look their Outlook - it is "ONLINE" even if the checkmark in "Cached Mode" are set.
The workaround is to remove the "cached mode" checkmark. Go to Outbox and send the mails manual. Then put Outlook back to Cached mode, and maybe create a new OST.
BUT, the error comes back.
Anyone seen this before?
