The full error message is : Cannot open your default email folders. The file C:\Users\Eising Office\Documents\Outlook Files\myemail.com.pst cannot be accessed.
Please can some one help me as I'm having to keep using online mail and even keeping my old computer running!!
PC is using windows 8.
I have tried: 1, Creating a new Profile, and setting it as default but that didnt work.
2, I have tried to change the location, and the error message changed to the following : Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The File C:\Users\EisingOffice\Documents\Outlook Files\myemail.com.pst cannot be accessed.
