Hi, I know you can perform mail merge in outlook by using word to contruct the email body and insert merge fields. But is there a better way to personalise the email in outlook only? i.e. contruct the email and merge fields directly in outlook without using Word.
As we are going to develop an Email Merge tool, I would like to make sure that using Word and merge field is the only option to personalise an email. Thanks.
