Hi, a very strange and worrying phenomena in outlook 2010 (exchange 2010 DAG env.)
Users are able to see the beginning (history) or ending of conversations, in parts they were not part of.
Let me explain:
for example, if user A has send an Email to user B, and later, user B has forwarded that message to user C, user C is able to see the original first message that he was in no way part of its recipients. And I'm not talking about him being able to see the history
of the message inside the Email he received from user B, I'm talking about a situation where in the conversation tree, when expanded, he is able to see the original, standalone Email. so that even if user B who has forwarded the original message to him, deletes
some text, user C will still have the original Email on the conversation.
On the other hand, the whole future of an Email (being forwarded to other people for example user D) is available to users who are not being sent these Emails to. for example if user A sends and Email to user B, and then, user
B then forwards that email to user C, user A will see its email being forwarded and so on..
This is obviously a huge privacy issue, and i don't not if this is how outlook 2010 behaves by default or if something else is causing it.
Thank you!
Gil.
