I am supporting a computer network with the following:
Server 2003 R2 - running Exchange 2003 sp3
Client workstations - Windows 7 32/64 bit
Client applications a mixture of Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft Office 2010
It has been noted recently by the Outlook 2010 users that they are able to see email responses to email conversations where they were part of the original distribution but have not been copied into subsequent replies.
This has resulted in a major privacy/security breach on the network in question as emails cannot now be considered secure when an individual response is made to the originator and other addressees are not copied into the responseBUT can still read the response if they use the 'You are not responding to the latest email in this conversation' feature.
URGENT - Does Microsoft have a method of disabling this incredibly badly flawed feature that allows private email replies to be read by others who are not copied into the reply but who were in the original distribution of the first message.
