I have a user that wants to use multiple domain e-mail addresses in one outlook mail client. However the user does not want to use different "Profiles". We have added the other accounts under the "Accounts" settings, but there is one account that is giving us issues.
It keeps prompting for the password, which we then enter and it is the correct password, which then does not authenticate and keeps popping up. This issue stops the user from receiving mail from all the other accounts added.
The user currently has his default domain mail account and one more account which accepts the credentials fine - (He now wants to add a third account which is the account that is giving us issues).
We then have to change the username by typing in DOMAIN\defaultusername to get his client to receive mail from the two accounts (The default and other).
I read something somewhere about account delegation. Could it have something to do with this?
