I have a user that is using the setup in the title. XP SP3, Outlook 2010 (Pro Plus Install), and Live Meeting 2007. I have installed and removed the conferencing add in for outlook and it makes no difference, the error is the same.
1) She can create a single instance meeting and send it to me or anyone else without issue.
2) When she creates a recurring meeting and attempts to send updates to shes gets an instant error -
Conferecing
The connection to the server could not be made. This might be because there's a server outage or because the information in the Live Meeting accounts is incorrect or improperly formatted. Check that the user account information is correct and then test the connection. If you still can't connect, the server might not be available. To keep your meeting in sync with the server, do make any changes to this invitation until you have verified a successful connection to the server and then closed and reopened this invitation.
She the continues to the meeting update and chooses send. At which point she receives an error for each recipient : UNABLE TO SEND MAIL TO
