Outlook 2007 crash with Event ID 1000 and 1001

Hi all,

The system is Windows XP Pro with Outlook 2007 Pro.

The Outlook account is roaming. The Exchange 2003 SP2 and is on Windows 2003 STD SP2.

There are only few systems affected by the issue. The users while working got Outlook crashing.

The errors are 1000 and followed by 1001:

I run the Office repair but it did not find any issues. Apart of those two events there were no other events on the client PC neither on the server to indicate possible issue.

The users have been patched up with the lated MS Office patches.

I als run the office in safe mode but it happened once.

I have removed the Frmcache.dat file but no improvements.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
