I have a comcastbiz email that uses outlook to open its mail. We are on Outlook 2003, and we can't open our attachments. They only open as a web page but then we can't always open them. The attachments could be pdf, jpeg or doc files it doesn't seem to matter. I have been on with Support from comcast and microsoft with no assistance. Sadly microsoft support told me to try this forum yet raved about their level of technicians that could not help.
