In our organisation we have Win 7 64 bit with Office 2010 SP1, we have exchange mail configured on outlook. We are using Avaya Smart Voice a Third party outlook Addin, we are adding additional MAPI accounts with existing exchange mail box. when we go to address book and add the custom address list and click on close. When we reopen the address list again the newly added one will not be visible, the settings is not being saved.
Below are the problem reproduction steps recorded on Windows 7 machine:
User left click on "Address Book... (push button)"
User left click on "Tools (menu item)" in "Address Book: MM Global Address List"
User left click on "Options... (menu item)"
User left click on "Add... (push button)" in "Addressing"
User mouse drag start on "Position (indicator)" in "Add Address List"
User left double click on "Address lists: (list)" in "Add Address List"
User left click on "Close (push button)" in "Add Address List"
again when we to back and check it will not be visible.
User left click on "Tools (menu item)" in "Address Book: MM Global User left click in "Addressing"
checking some of the blogs found that The Quick Steps address book bug is fixed in Office 2010 SP1, In our envirnoment we have SP1 still the issue is observed.
