Our salespeople receive order status emails in their Outlook 2010 from a third party web server. The sender address on these emails is that of the salesperson's email address but because they are being sent from an email server outside our domain the emails
end up in Junk EMail, which wasn't the case with our old Exchange 2003 server (we just migrated to 2010). I've tried adding the user's email address to Safe Senders but that doesn't help. Any way to get these "unauthenticated" emails to end up in the Inbox?
