Removing a declined meeting room from the location field

We use Outlook 2010 with Office 365 exchange.  We are having an issue where users have booked a meeting with a room in the location field and the room is declined.  The room isn't removed from the location field unless the organiser manually removes the room. 

Is there a way to automatically remove the Meeting Room in the Location field if it is declined?
