How to stop OutLook Security Message : A program is trying to access e-mail addresses, Allow access for 1 Minutes

Hi

Every time I sync, outlook Mail accesses Outlook 2007/2010, so the "Allow Outlook to be accessed for one minute" (or something like that) Security message pops up, meaning I have to click ok in order to complete a hotsync.
Is there any way to have the program automatically allow access to Outlook without any human interaction, so I can hotsync any time from another room?
