Outlook 2003 upgrade to 2010 sp1, paste operation problem

Hi All,

I have upgraded office 2003 standard to 2010 standard sp1.

All settings seems reserved and working fine.

But in outlook, when I copy some text from one message to new/reply/forward message, the text will become a small Tick picture.

I checked the clipboard, the orginal text become 2nd position, and the small tick picture is the current position.

Please help, I must resolve this problem before mass upgrade.
