Set up rule for Outlook meeting makers from a managed calendar (not my own)

I manage a few calendars for leadership in my organization. I receive ALL of the meeting requests that are sent to their calendar/inbox (acceptance, declination, tentative, etc.). I do not want these messages to keep flooding my inbox. Instead, I would like them to go to a designated folder.

I've attempted to set up a rule, I reviewed every condition in the rule and every possibility has been covered with my established conditions, but the calendar notifications still go to my inbox. I have tried restarting Outlook and restarting my computer with no luck. When I run the run the rule on messages already in "Inbox", nothing happens. No invites or updates are moved and the new invites and updates continue to go to my Inbox.

Rule I set up:

"Apply this rule after the message arrives

1. sent to Jane Doe

2. And which is a meeting invitation or update

3. Move it to the Jane Doe Calendar folder

4. Except if my name is in the To or Cc box"

The Jane Doe Calendar folder is not in a .pst (trying to send it to a .pst folder created an error message "This rule is a client-only rule, and will process only when Outlook is running".). This is okay, I can manually move the items to the .pst once it gets full.

I am on Windows 7 and using Office 2007. I am not an admin on my system so I cannot perform some internal functions that require admin rights. I can, however, request that such actions be carried out by an admin.
