Hello,
This issue has been affecting a few of my users for a few weeks and I am completely stumped as to what could be causing this. Outlook 2010 is installed and users have PST files mapped to a network share. When they try to access an email in the PST that has a large attachment or tries to forward an email with or without an attachment, Outlook hangs and says that it is Not Responding. When I try to click on th X to close the window it turns a translucent white and I can't do anything. I finally get into Task Manger to end the OUTLOOK.EXE process but there are two of them listed. I can close one and not the other. As a matter of fact, when I try to close the second one a dialog box opens that says Access Denied and all I can do is close the box. The only way I can clear it out is by shutting down the PC, turning it back on and logging the user in again. The users have 500MB mailboxes and PST files between 2 and 3 GB. I have tried deleteing and recreating both Windows and Outllok profiles but the issues contniues to return.
Thank you for any help you can provide!
