Error message when trying to download RSS Feeds in Outlook 2013

These are the error messages I get when I do a manual Send/Receive

Task 'RSS Feeds' reported error (0x800C000C) : 'Synchronization to RSS Feed:"http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=129794" has failed. Outlook cannot download the RSS content fromhttp://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=129794 because of a problem connecting to the server.'
