We have a very annoying problem with Outlook 2010. We often get e-mails with 20 or more attachments, and we need to print them all. However, whenever we try to print any attachments, the amount that are actually printed seems to be completely random. I've tried to print the attachments of one e-mail with 23 attachments three times now, and a different amount of pages was printed each time.
It seems to work correctly if the e-mail has a low amount of attachments, but I have no idea where the line is.
Saving all attachments and then printing them is not an option. I mean come on.. try to imagine opening, printing, closing, 23 files one by one (and we might get more of these e-mails in a single day).
We didn't have this problem at all last week, so I don't think it's anything to do with the drivers (unless drivers have a tendency to spontaneously break down for no reason), and we haven't changed any settings that could have caused this problem.
If you need any more information, please let me know. I just don't know what to tell you, since there's no error messages or anything.
