Hey all,
Setup:
Exchange 2010 SP2 with a mixture of Outlook 2007 and 2010 clients.
Meeting:
The Executive Assistant (Outlook 2010) to the CEO sent out a meeting invite to members of our Board and our Corporate Directors for our 2013 Q1 Board Meeting. The EA to our CEO has full delegate access to the CEO's calendar so the meeting invite actually
went out from him.
Issue:
Our Director of Operations (Outlook 2007) sent out a cancellation notice to all attendees, however he is not the owner/organizer of the meeting and says he hadn't even opened the meeting invite. The Director of Operations has three delegates to his calendar, however each of them have mentioned that they never accept or decline on his behalf; they just delete the messages out of their own inbox.
Any ideas? Since this involves the majority of our Corporate Directors and our entire Board of Directors, I've got the highest individuals in the company wanting an answer.
Thanks,
Brian
