Oulook 2013 cursor postion error when creating or replying message.

Hi.

I am getting this weired bug when using the outlook 2013.

When I try to create or reply to a message, the cursor should be positioned inside the "To" box, right?

But the cursor is placed between the "To" and "CC" box where there is no box.

But when I start to type, it types into To box correctly.  It's very weired and annoying.

Can anyone help?
