Feature requests for MS Outlook, can I submit these here?

Hi -

I've have a few lacking features in Outlook for some time that have been bugging me, and I'd like to offer the suggestion to Microsoft for inclusion in a future Office release (or would love advice if this functionality exists and I'm missing on where to find it. Three separate suggestions, but all based around email rules:- It would be nice to have the choice of "and" or "or" when chosing txt fields. For example, I get an email from John Doe with the subject line, "Project status update, week 12, project 12345". In my opinion the best way to make sure that a rule I apply ONLY targets these emails is a rule that would look for "Project status update," AND "project 12345" (the "week 12" would be different each week). So either the use of an "and" instead of the "or" that's allowed and defaulted to now, OR the use of a wild card (say "Project status update, week %, project 12345") would be VERY helpful when managing my email rules.

- I don't know if there's a way to do this, but It'd be nice to have a rule based on specifically the email address, or part of an email address (i.e. just the domain name), or the display name, or part of a display name. I do know I can right click and email, select Rules -> Create Rules, and the very first box lists the display name of the sender of that email. It's unclear to me if this actually targets the email address of the sender, the display name of the sender, or something different. I am just now seeing the option to target "with specific words in the sender's address", so I guess that gets me ability to do part or whole email address, but what about display name?

- Rule groupings. I find an excessive amount of rules difficult to manage. I work in IT, so it would be nice to have categories or folders for rules. Say for example one group with rules just for automated system emails, another groups for emails from my team, etc., etc.

Thanks in advance for any consideration.
