Outlook 2010 - Microsoft Exchange -and Data Files can't remove?

I installed Office 2010 and when it installed it ask me for my email address. I gave it an email I was using at the time and it self-configured the email account information, data files and Microsoft Exchange for that email account. I no longer use that email account.  I no longer have access privileges to that email account(exchange server). I can’t delete (remove) the configure information in my email setup for that Microsoft Exchange and Outlook 2010 keeps asking for it and I can’t send emails.
