Two requests:
Currently the only way to set vacation reminders to coworkers is to create a meeting request and set it to 'free' so it does not block out the coworkers' calendar. The user then must create another event and mark it as 'Out of Office', as described in this howto, Show vacations in the company Outlook Calendar.
The request is to create a 5th free/busy category titled 'Vacation' which sets the organizer to 'Out of Office' while keeping other users' information set to 'free'
Request #2:
A one-to-many calendar sync. The only option I have found to have a master calendar for company-wide meetings, holidays, reminders, and pay days, is a third party vendor option by CodeTwo.
