when deleting files in Outlook 2007 the following message comes up:
c:\users\myname\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst. is in use and cannot be accessed. Close any application that is using this file, then try again. You may have to restart your computer. There are no applications opened and I have tried to restart the computer numerouse times.
