We are running Office 2010 Pro, which connects to a exchange server on an enterprise network. We have upgraded from Office 2007 to Office 2010 and our users report issues with Outlook. Our users open Outlook and when moving around the college they leave Outlook running and close the lid, when users re-open the lid the users login and outlook immediately locks up and the laptops stops responding, once this has happened the only way users can continue is to cold turn the laptop off and restart it.
On other forums this has been highlighted as a microsoft issue which they are aware of but as yet I have seen no resolution. Has anyone else come across this, and found a resolution?
