I read a discussion here about how to open "properties" on emails. However, the information I need most is missing from that discussion. I frequently send mass emails (20-100 recipients in my network) and check in a day or two to see the list of recipients
and read who has opened the message so that I can determine my next course of action with the non-readers. My company recently switched email servers to Outlook. Formerly, I could click on any sent item, select "Properties" and view this list. Now I cannot.
Does Outlook contain this feature, and if so, how can I activate it?
