I have a user who has created contact folders with in her main contacts. Thus
Contacts (First Level)
Friends (Second Level)
When she clicks to TO: box she can not select any contacts inside of these folders, only contacts in the base contact folder (first level). She swears she has always been able to select contacts up until recently. How do I configure Outlook so she can select from these sub folders?
