On the last page of the set up wizard I receive 2 ticks but fail at the log on with the following error message
"The action cannot be completed. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."
This brings up the window where I can enter the address of the exchange server, and the mailbox name. No matter what i enter, and press "Check name", it gives me the "The name cannot be resolved. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."

I am a user not an exchange techie I have no access to the exchange server only my pc attempting to use the wizard (autodiscover) to connect outlook 2010 professional plus to OWA
I have uninstalled and re-installed the product, was using outlook 2007 up to the point I installed 2010
Help please
