Question regarding custom Delivery Status Notifications and Exchange 2010. I’ve been asked to customize a few of these with HTML.
This is a
continuation from a thread I started in the Exchange 2010 forum that may be better suited here.
I have configured a custom HTML DSN message in Exchange 2010. This DSN is shown correctly if viewed from OWA, Macs (Outlook 2011 and Entourage), ActiveSync devices and
some Outlook 2010 clients. Some Outlook 2010 clients show a text formatted message.
As shown below, this is the same DSN message from two different Outlook 2010 clients.

I have had no luck narrowing down a setting that would cause this behavior. I've made sure Office 2010 is up-to-date, and even did a full re-installation on the text formatted system with no luck.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
