Outlook 2010 Send/Receive ALWAYS hangs/stalls

After a cold boot Outlook 2010 beta ALWAYS hangs/stalls on start up S/Rec until killed a couple of times with Task Manager. After that, unless I close/restart outlook. it is generally fine. If I close/restart Outlook I have the same issue again. I have tried many things including disabling all COM add ins (except Hotmail Connector 32 bit beta 2010 ) All this is under W7 Ult 64 bit but 32 bit Office 2010 beta. (I gave up on the 64 bit flavour) I am collecting my main POP account and several Hotmail/Live accounts. On a clean build (without Connector) just collecting my POP account there are NO issues. Do I need to ditch Outlook until issue resolved?
