Office 2010 on Windows 7

I have two different Task Sequences for Windows 7, both include MS Office 2010.  On one TS insallation, once I open outlook I get the configuration wizard.  On the other I get a dialog box with just the name verification (which is what I am going for).  But I cant figure out why there is a difference and how to get the Image to do only the verificaton dialog.
