Hi. I work in an office environment where I need to print certain emails sent to the message group. I started playing around with the rules recently and found it very helpful. Currently everything is working fine except for rule set up to
auto print. IF I am off for a few days and then come back and log in to the company email, all the emails sent in the previous days automatically print out. This is unneeded as whoever is covering me on those days will have that task completed. I can always
go back to manual printing but I want to know if there is something I can modify in the rules to only auto-print on days I'm in the office. Thanks to anyone who can help.
