I have a user on our Exchange Server (2010) that is having a steady issue where every couple of days the Outlook application will show "Trying to Connect" when he is running the program.
We have multiple wireless networks in the office and if I switch him to another access point it begins working again, for a couple of days and then it stops again.
He shuts down at the end of every day so I was guessing that it isn't IP related (stale IP?). It was suggested that I delete him and re-add him back into the exchange server, but I was worried that I would lose all of his emails and saved items.
I was hoping someone might have a suggestion to try and troubleshoot. If I am missing any information let me know and I can gladly add it to the thead.
